JUST DON'T GO! This restaurant is a classic example of a hyped place, without any really substance in the quality of the food. We were SO disappointed. The food was actually tasteless and boring - I asked for salt and pepper. The tomatoes were cold (fridge), most of the starteres I could have cooked myself with better taste, and the dessert was an absolutely disarster. Vanilla ice with no vanilla, did not seem like it was homemade. The food is expensive and a poor quality, compared to other places in the same price range. Go now. Go often. The food is just so good. We had crostini for starters, the chicken liver with radicchio were good, and the butter and anchovy crostini were genius. For secondi we had stuffed quail which was truly amazing, and halibut with rapini and beurre blanc which was also very, very good. The portions are very big and great value for money. Great local Italian place. Outdoor seating is available in warm weather. Very bustling, full of locals. We were rapidly seated even though it was very busy. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. Good, compact menu with a decent choice of pasta and mains. Tiramisu was good.
