RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We came here tonight (6/3/17) during our 4-day visit in Copenhagen. At about 10 minutes prior to closing, there was a long queue of people. My husband and I patiently waited until it was our turn, and at exactly 6 PM, we were finally in front of the line only to have the rude lady at the counter immediately say, "We're closed."

Response to owner: When I calmly asked to try the tiramisu flavor, you refused, even though there was no line. However, you allowed other customer to taste different flavors before me. If there really was a 10-meter-long queue, why did you let them try?
