MAX Burgers — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Visit here often due to certain food items and central location. But here an update..

Last visit was the worst so far, with multiple self-service pods in and outside, not printning reciepts; but not been taking out of service or fixed. I had ordered for take-out, and had to wait reasonably time for the food and hot drink. But had to come back, as they forgot the hot drink :-( Meaning no check of all items or similar mishandling of procedures for the orders I assume. After a small wait i could get in touch with the cashier/employee handled my order, and he neutrally apologized, and started the process of making my hot drink (cup in and Press). But he forgot all about it again it seems, and had to get in contact with him again a couple of minutes later ..based on his face impressions and body language, he knew he did a mistake and apologized again. Now Happy with my hot drink - but not the experience, I could leave again and enjoy my - now colder - food outside. The food was...

What a shame! It is funny, how the system works in Max. I don’t usually post, but I’m doing this for other people to be aware. There self check out is a scam, taking my money, talked to the manager but he can’t help at all. I know it’s a fast food, so I don’t expect a high service, but still all managers should know how to handle situation this type of situation because it’s not the first time you encounter this problem and managers can do a lot of things to help the customers in needs because that’s your job! Your job is to find a solution. Sometimes we need to bend the rules enable to give a good customer service specially if it’s about money.

I don’t understand why I need to email Max, for the refund. I ordered In person, so refund should be made in person through my card since I paid Apple Pay!!!! Fix your self check out machine, do something about it! Don’t wait until others ...

The worst experience ever. They are surely not equipped to open at night. What restaurant does not allow its CUSTOMERS to use the toilet after 12am? Also the soft drink machine was empty and had only water coming out of it. Meals are only given in bags and no trays to eat on. I even requested to cancel my order due to the unfriendliness and bad service they had. The manager was very unprofessional and even gave me a thorn bill and 33dkk less in cash after canceling my order. Unfortunately I realized the error 5 minutes later but then they said I had no proof. From all the fast food chains, MAX burgers is usually a go to place but this exact one is really bad.
