Pasta La Pasta — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

As a spontaneous choice for food, I came in not expecting much. The service was great - the concept was explained nicely to me and I started to get excited: I ordered a Cortado and the rigatoni & bolognese.

The coffee was great. Even compared to some of the specialty coffee shops in Copenhagen, it holds its ground well. And as the pasta came out, I was met with a beautiful sight that made me salivate instantly, forgetting the coffee I was not yet done enjoying. It was the best pasta I have had in years. It was better than most pasta I got in Italy, when last I was there: perfect. My group all got different pasta dishes, and nobody was complaining. The talking stopped as the eating began and finished. Ending off with a Tiramisu was nice, and I will definitely come back.

Really really good fresh pasta!! This is my second time here. The tortellini has some very rich flavours and the truffle pasta is also very good. I like the concept that this is like a pasta bar, bar seats, food is served quickly but it’s still sophisticated, detailed, and most of all very yummy. Tasteful pastel green interior and very friendly staff too.

Only thing I hope they can change is to not use plastic cutlery. Bring your own forks guys!

Also just spoke with the owner, they imported everything from Italy, from of course the sauce, to the bar stools, and the vase! All of the team members have a Michelin restaurant background. And they actually carefully picked the forks, and they are biodegradable. Love how much work has gone in to this little place. Would definitely...

A hidden gem honestly, a beautiful cozy restaurant where it just bring a welcome atmosphere to the guest , from the pictures on the wall to the way of the restaurant is decorated and the music , it’s make you feel like you are in a movie where not only serve with delicious pasta with the traditional taste of the Italian sauce and creative way of plating , what bring the taste together and make it an absolute masterpiece is that you can taste the pasta is handmade .
