To start with the positive things: nice situated and nice interior. They tell us to be careful and use organic as much as possible .. The attitude is pretty much Bangkok style, throw the cutlery on the table and feel your part of their experience in stead of the fact it’s your experience for a nice night. Without asking putting water for all and charging for it in combination with apologies of serving part of the food which was impossible to eat and explaining she is gonna tea h the chief but charging full price and complaining that with just selling food she cannot pay the bills after explaining she invested 100.000 euro in a new take away Thai in Kopenhagen .. The food is not very Thai but a kind of fancy combination in between a sort of not too much cooked veggies which doesn’t belong in a Thai curry .. and whatever you try to explain … she is talking over again and doesn’t listen only when it comes to paying the bills … explaining is she tries to live a healthy life without stress …. Ranee’s is a great Thai restaurant with high-quality ingredients and delicious flavors. While the menu was a bit limited, I appreciated the inclusion of Thai staples like Pad Thai—though I would have loved to see Pad Kee Mao as well. That said, sometimes less is more when it comes to quality, and the fresh local meat and imported vegetables were a testament to that.

The Panang curry was outstanding, with each bite offering a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors—a true explosion for the taste buds. We also loved the artistic decor, with vibrant wall colors and unique artwork that added to the ambiance.

This is probably the best Thai food I’ve had in Europe. Expect to pay between 120-160dkk per main dish. We bought a bottle of good orange wine for 400dkk which was pretty on-par pricewise with the rest of the wines. My boyfriend got the Pork Lab (#18) and it was bursting with limey, acidic flavor. It was around 160dkk. Really good. I wish I had ordered it. I got the red curry with chicken breast (#17 for 145dkk) and it was a LOT of food.
