v.Lo Wine Bar — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Weird seating arrangement, not cosy, you're basically forced to step on pillows or ask others to get up to leave your seat.

Asked for a pinot noir recommendation, young woman brings me a small glass - they don't seem to have proper wine glasses - turns out it cost 120 DKK...more than any other wine listed on the menu. Feel like she could have mentioned this...of course I could have asked but still, not nice.

Lots of better wine bars around, with nicer atmospheres and better wine selection...

NICE LOCATION GOOD FOOD OUTDATED ONLINE WINE MENU My wife and I dropped by a Friday afternoon for some wine and food. The weather was good, so outdoor seating was available. After ten minutes we got a table outdoor. Until then we sat inside at the bar. We picked this wine bar over other bars nearby due to their wine list. So quite disappointing that many of the wines were sold out. They have a happy hour where you get a glass of red og white wine for 40 DKK which is quite nice. The food is good and well arranged. The service is nice but the music inside is… strange… But overall...

Coming from world leading wine producing country (ITA), and with extensive knowledge accrued living and tasting in other producing countries (FR, Porto) I found some recommendations from the manager rather inaccurate. With a slightly dismissive attitude which seems quite common in Denmark, let alone if there´s a woman (my friend) in the group daring to have a say on anything wine...
