Senorita Restaurant — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

The food was good, however i don't recommend eating here especially if you use any of the deals that they have online. I was not served all the dishes i had paid for, so i went to tell the staff that my food was missing, and that i would like to bring it home, which did not seem satisfying to the staff - they were not interested in making the food??. As i was full, i suggested getting my drinks bill erased as compensation, which should be one bottle of house red wine and one large coca Cola zero, however, They didn't get it right and served us two medium sized regular coca colas - which at the counter was put in as two large coca colas!. I explained many times what I had ordered and showed her on my phone, but nothing seemed to help. She argued that my deal was 50kroner more expensive than my girlfriends deal and therefore, if she erased 1 coca cola from the bill, worth 50 kroner, it should be fair - My deal included 2 starters, 4 main dishes and a dessert, however, i did not get the remaining 3 main dishes and 1 starter. In the end i gave up arguing as it didn't seem to help, and was compensated 100 kroner for two large coca colas - which is not corresponding to the value of three main dishes and a starter. we were the only costumers at the time, so it wasn't as if they were in busy....

Never will I go there again. It was the first time and definitely the last time. They are inefficient. Charged me at the beginning for a Guacamole, then I had to ask them about it, they deducted it and kindly apologized. The waiter was friendly, and somewhat interior design OK although sooooo dark. BUT, It says on menu 1: soup of the day and Quesadila 17-21, which according to the menu online Quesadila is served with chips, and the menu 1 also has a dessert (banana split or ice cream). I did not get chips, but instead Doritos (if that is what they meant by chips, it should be corrected), nor any dessert. I was so looking forward to try mexican food. Food OK and nicely presented, but it is already expensive to start with, and then you get ripped off by not served what you should get!!!! I was far too exhausted to pay attention to all the details of the menu and really hungry. Although what I was served was OK, but my advise: Do use your money and...

Starting with the positive, the waitress was super friendly and the kitchen was open until late. Unfortunately, everything else was not that great. The decor has a cheap and tacky feel which would be okay if the food was good. It wasn’t though. I had the veggie quesadilla - it was frozen vegetables that were put in a tortilla and had cheese on top. The burrito was practically the same only that additionally it had beans. Even the nacho chips were stale. The only good thing was the guacamole. I haven’t been to Mexico yet, but I would hope this is not authentically Mexican as some comments read. There are Mexican places close by that are 100x better, so don’t go here even if you are desperate for food...
