I get the impression that this is where most tour guides bring their clients for lunch because of the amount of tours and reserved tables. I also take it that some of the locals use this as a lunch spot given the amount of persons who came in for take out. The food is seasoned and authentic. Bathrooms ok and service fair to fine. I would recommend as a decent Dominican restaurant with authentic cuisine and decent settings. As a solo traveler exploring I didn't like the fact that I wasn't catered to like those on the tours. For example I had to take my own tray to my table unlike those on the tours who had waitresses take their food to them and their tables promptly cleared. They don’t sell beer, so he suggested we buy it across the street and bring it in and enjoy while we ate. The place looked to be very popular, we came right at lunch time and it was pretty busy.
