A loved everything about this place and would give it 10/5 if I could . Food: authentic Thai food. Be careful of their spicy dishes - they might be too spicy for Europeans (just witnessed a Finnish woman returning dish because it was too spicy), however I can share my life hack: order non spicy dish, e.g. some of the pho dishes and adjust the food to your taste: chilli powder, vinegar, peanut powder etc is served together with the main dish, but separately. Really loved the opportunity to adjust the spiciness to my taste. Also, if you buy main dish here, you can get free coffee and some cookies as addition - the coffee was much better than in some specialty coffee places I've tried here In Helsinki, very aromatic. Service: perfect, no long wait time despite restaurant having a full seating on Saturday afternoon. Atmosphere: this is 100/10. While we were here, some Thai music channel was turned on the TV. When we arrived, some old people (possibly the owners of this place or their friends) played some table games. It has not made me feel like they were ignorant towards the customers, but vice versa, it was very cute and adding to the overall vibe:D For sure can recommend this place and would like to return...
Read moreAs a former worker at a Thai restaurant, I'd say here is where you can experience what's real delicious spiciness is. I've been looking for a seriously spicy Tom Yum for a long time, though in Finland, I was in dismay every time whenever I found sweet and mild ones. Here, I asked the staff to make it very spicy, and they did! Vegan Tom Yum noodle was painstakingly hot the way I exactly wanted! But for the one who is afraid of spiciness, don't you worry. It was just a special order from me. The ordinary Phad thai here is also superb! Thanks for the gourmets, and I'll definitely...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped here for a late lunch after a day of touring the city. We arrived at an awkward time so we were the only ones there. The woman who ran the place was very kind and welcoming! We ordered chicken pad thai and prawn curry noodle soup. Both were delicious, though the curry noodles were extraordinarily good! The woman serving us informed us that the recipe came from her village in Thailand. It was delicious and I hope to return before our trip is over to...
