I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. They offer a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the entertainment district, making it an ideal spot for a meal. The atmosphere is relaxed and not too fancy, which adds to the comfort of the place. Mais les saveurs de leurs rolls créations, c'est comme si l'assiette me disait "calme-toi, assieds toi et profite."). Le lieu est magnifique, l'équipe est adorable, la carte est très variée, et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Les tarifs peuvent sembler élevés (encore que c'est dans la fourchette de prix moyenne d'un resto), mais pour cette qualité c'est largement honnête, surtout vu les tarifs habituels d'autres chaînes de restos de sushis, qui sont LOINS de proposer une expérience culinaire aussi fine. Pour le même prix, ou à peine un poil plus, vous avez droit à de vraies créations gastronomiques surprenantes, fines et délicieuses. Pour être plus précis: les makis sont impeccables, les sushis même les plus classiques sont surprenants et délicieux, mais les créations de la maison sont simplement hors catégorie. Juste allez tester (recommandation sur les "yakuza"). Bref, c'est déjà bien trop long pour un avis google, mais merci aux chefs et à toute l'équipe pour cette claque culinaire, qui en plus est à la portée de mon budget d'étudiant (bon, pas chaque soir non plus c'est certain, mais de toute manière ça serait terrible de s'habituer à une cuisine pareille). Vous pouvez être sûrs qu'on reviendra, et nombreux.

This restaurant left quite an impression with some unique and memorable dishes. One standout was the Sushi Hawaii – made with dorado and mango sauce. While it’s not my new favorite, it was certainly special and unlike any sushi I’ve tried before.

What really won me over was the California salmon avocado roll with St-Moret cheese. That cheese makes a huge difference – far superior to the usual Philadelphia. It adds a creamy richness that elevates the whole roll.

The dorado sashimi was another rare and pleasant surprise – fresh, delicate, and beautifully presented.

A highlight from the warm dishes was the yakitori au boeuf et au fromage – beef skewers with cheese – absolutely delicious and satisfying.

These flavors paired perfectly with a glass of Château du Seuil Blanc 2023, which brought balance and freshness to the meal.

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant – the food is of excellent quality, and the service is warm and welcoming. A great find for anyone looking to explore creative takes on...

Taiyo, a Japanese/Korean restaurant situated in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, is simply delightful. The delicious dishes are all made with fresh ingredients. Quality is at its best. The owner is a pleasure to talk to, in simple words, just a nice person. The decor is beautiful and makes it very "cozy" for the customers. And the end of the meal with expanding paper towel in fresh mints water is a very nice touch. Thank you for this exquisite dining experience. The restaurant opened in mid-year, I believe will be very successful and a great asset...

Be careful of the quality of the fish .

Used to order often. Ended up with sour smelling and tasting sashimi. Sushi and California were fine.

What happened with the quality of the sashimi, sour tasting foul smelling ( not usual smell of sashimi).

Contacted the restaurant been informed that they were aware that the tuna had an off color right after delivery....

Still decided to serve odd colored and sour smelling(oxidation / the meat, fish got hot) tuna to the clients.

Asked for a refund of the sashimi (rest of the order looked and...
