Five Guys Burgers and Fries Paris La Défense Grande Arche — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

My first time in real American fasfood. I was. Wet sad to see the prices but I rly wanted to try it. I was amazed but what I received. I ordered cheeseburger with bacon, fries and soda. Cheeseburger was double, you have option to add a lot of various stuff to your burger , this is typical for five guys chain of restaurants. Fries were amazing , very tasty, much better than McDonald's, I ordered medium but received more, it was leaking to the bag , it was nice surprise. You can take as much ketchup or mayo as u want. Drink machine is awesome. There is so many drinks I have never seen I wanted to taste them all but was impossible haha. Only one thing u cannot use the same cup twice in drink machine ask the staff to change it for you. Oh I almost forgot u are getting free peanuts which was nice entree while waiting for order to be prepared. Small thing I appreciate was the toilets didn't need any code. I always love my Five Guys Burger even though they are now ridiculously expensive!

However, the experience in this location was sub par.

Even if there was not a lot of customers (3 person in line to order, maybe 7-8 waiting orders and over 80 of seats available) , it felt like it was rush hour. the noise level is very high to an uncomfortable level the person taking my order couldn't understand what I wanted the kitchen looked chaotic and employees seemed hyper stressed I had to wait 11 minutes to get food after ordering there was no more ketchup in the dispenser and couldn't get anyone's attention to let then know. the overall cleanliness was ok but not to standards of a serious fast-food including other five guys locations I've visited in the past.
