4 to 5 people at the counter are not capable of taking 10 people in the queue.

We wait longer than 20 minutes. Once we have ordered, they make us wait longer as no one knows how the service works.

For example: they only ask you at the end the flavour you prefer, orders get attended in disorder as some are quicker than the other.

Surprisingly for a 39 degrees there are no fans, air-conditioning or any sort of ventilation.

Either at the counter, 1 floors and not even talk about the terrace.

Bad service, slow staff and low customer experience.

Great icecream! Beutiful rose chapes and no que when we were there. They offered cups, cones, and chocolate dipped cones in small, meduim, and large sizes. The only downside was that since the scoops were small they melted quickly, but other than that they...

Kontrovers und doch vereinigend...

Meine Rezension bezieht sich in diesem Fall auf das sehr interessante teil-historische Bauwerk und nicht auf den Eissalon, dessen Eis ich jedoch aus einer anderen Filiale kenne und zu schätzen gelernt habe. Das Bauwerk ist in dem Sinne äußerst interessant weil es durch seine bauhistorisch extrem gegensätzlichen Elemente, die es in der Hälfte spalten auch wiederum eine Vereinigung darstellt und zwar zwischen dem alten historischen Colmar und dem neuen Colmar und zwar mit der jeweils dem Stadtteil entsprechend zugewandten Seite, was ich versucht habe fotografisch festzuhalten, aber mit etwas mehr Aufwand, Zeit und besserem Auge mit Sicherheit noch besser...
