My friend and I went but whilst there we experienced completely different customer service. I was assisted by a kind and helpful man who made my order swiftly and well, where as my friend had help from a woman who had an utterly disgusting personality. My friend asked for two scoops of a speculos ice cream and cookie dough. Before she could say the two flavours the worker instantly started scooping ice cream. She took a scoop of the speculos and although my friend asked for cookie dough she put Nutella into her cup. When it was given to us we tried to explain that it was not what we ordered but she began to get aggressive and annoyed as she muttered complaints about us to her friends. When we finally got our message across that it was not our order she rolled her eyes and took the scoop of Nutella ice cream out of the already cross contaminated cup of ice cream, which she did not give my friend a new cup clean for Nutella, then she put that same scoop back into the Nutella ice cream container despite it having speculos remnants on top of it. This is against health codes as it changes the allergies in the Nutella ice cream and my friend’s cup. Then when she finally gave us the correct order, the man who was serving me finished mine, the two asked if we were paying together, which we said yes to, the woman replied in French to her co worker “You take them, I’m finished” believing we could not understand her. When we sat down to eat this ice cream, I found it lacked flavour and my friends cup was still half filled with Nutella. Which if she had been allergic it could’ve been incredibly unsafe. The price was also overpriced as I got a crepe that cost €4.50 but added a scoop of ice cream with it. What came was a tiny dollop, barely the size of a plausible scoop, which cost me €3 to add.

Read moreZero concern for basic sanitary practices. The girl who served me took a cone with bare hands and no cone wrapper. I thought it was weird, but didn’t say anything because people cook with bare hands. However, after she served the ice cream she proceeded to wipe her face and forehead with her bare hands. It is 94 degrees in Cannes today so I can only assume she is wiping sweat off her face.
I mentioned this to her and she proceeded to tell me in French that I don’t speak French so she doesn’t understand (my French is limited, I understand more than I can speak) and that I can leave.
Unsanitary and rude....
Read moreI usually follow my instincts and don't go where my nose doesn't point but mistakes happen and when I tasted their Dubai chocolate it was mostly pistachio and crispy but that's not what you get in your scoop, cheap tasteless chocolate with a lick of pistachio that is not crispy. The waiter was extremely unpleasant and not willing to change my order that I threw in their garbage. What a waste! All other dogs have Dubai chocolate and for a reason they have...
