We ordered an Amaretto Sour and received a Amaretto Sour without egg whites. When asked, the bartender went really defensive and instead of just asking what they could do to help, they tried to teach us a lesson. Thereafter, they told us they were out of egg whites, but is it not usual to inform when a ingredient is missing? Like, if they were out of Amaretto, would they just make the drink without alcohol without telling? We then got a beer instead, with a «witty» comment.
