My experience here was great at the start when the tall tanned blue or green eyes was serving me,
until the next days this “Manager” she’s tanned with black hair started to show up she’s rude she think she owns the place and she doesn’t look slightly professional attitude wise and looks wise,
one time I’ve clearly ordered crepes with strawberry they gave me with raspberry instead of apologizing to me she said “what you can’t just eat the raspberries?” ??! No i won’t, then again today they got my order mistaken they did not put strawberries AGAIN! The server told me he’s gonna bring me strawberries 10 minutes went by and no one came back to me the crepes are saggy and cold now I asked them to do me new one as I ordered, the “manager” said she’s gonna charge me on both🤣 what you’re gonna charge me with the one who You got mistaken with specially this time I’ve said clearly and loudly when i ordered the crepes with STRAWBERRIES, she came and i told her i’m not gonna pay for your mistakes! She took the crepes harshly and said “Offfff” ?! That’s not acceptable she ruined my experience i hope she try to learn some manners on how you treat your customers, i used to feel like home in Saddle because it’s owned by Khaliji but now it’s just worst than French actually the French are nicer than this...

When we arrived, there were two separate lines — one for dine-in and another for takeout. We waited in the dine-in line for over 40 minutes, only to be told by the staff that there were tables 8 that needed to be seated before us — yet no one was being seated. The person managing the line was quite rude and dismissive, which really set the tone for the visit. This was disappointing, especially since the rest of the staff were actually kind.
After the frustrating wait, we decided to switch to takeout. We asked if we could just place the order immediately (since we had already waited), but they told us to go back to the takeout line — again, ignoring the fact we’d already spent 40 minutes waiting. Eventually, a much friendlier staff member took our order, but then we had to wait another hour for just a matcha and a sandwich. All in all, we spent about two hours just to get a simple order. The main issue wasn’t the food or drinks (which were okay), but the poor management and attitude of the person organizing the seating and flow. It really tainted the...
Read moreWe came to this café in Cham and honestly, the experience was disappointing. When we sat down, the tables were still full of empty plates and glasses from previous customers. It took at least 15 minutes before anyone even noticed us and cleared the table.
The long-haired staff member told us he would wipe the table, but he never came back. Instead, he spent his time chatting with female customers instead of doing his job. Eventually, another staff member took our order.
Even though the café wasn’t busy at all, it still took around 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. When the blonde staff member finally brought the matcha, she wanted to put it down on a still dirty table. We asked her to clean it first (which should be obvious), so she had to take the drinks back inside, return with a wet cloth, wipe the table, and then bring the drinks again.
In the end, the blonde staff member had to do the work that the long-haired one simply ignored. Honestly, if the café wants to be taken seriously, they need staff who actually focus on their job...
