Ô Bubble — Restaurant in Paris

Extremely rude service... I asked if there was milk in their Soleil smoothie, the girl snapped at me "do you see milk written on the board under Soleil?", I was shocked and barely could answer back "no..". Then I ordered a bubble tea and when I was telling her the flavour I want (matcha) she sighed and interrupted me "I'm trying to get you to pick a size right now". I said "okay.. what sizes do you have?" She said nothing and grabbed one small cup. So I checked if it was all she had for bubble tea sizes by saying "oh so you don't carry the same sizes as for the smoothies?". She didn't answer, just looked at me looking impatient and annoyed... so I said "well, this cup then I guess..." She grabbed a pen and asked me how much sugar I wanted in it, I said "as little as possible please", she then told me "well our matcha has sugar in it, so if you don't like sugar I wouldn't add any." She proceeded to write the whole order on the cup and turned around before I could even process, to make the drinks... I was quite upset because I drink matcha for health reasons, had I known it was low grade matcha with added sugar I would have gotten another flavour... But what was even more upsetting is witnessing the person next to me in line ask for the sizes available for bubble tea, and seeing the girl present her with two different sizes, and then making that person a tall sized Bobba... which I also would have gotten was I presented the choice. I feel a little traumatised by how I was treated because it leaves me wondering what about me made her be so mean and rude, yet she was okay with the next person... I'm introverted and polite, I always try to order fast to not make people wait... I don't get it... Was it my ethnicity, my looks, my dress, my hair, my accent... As far as the drink goes, it was alright for mine. My bf loved his...

Je suis vraiment très déçue du petit resto que j'adorais venir pendant l'heure de mes pauses déjeuner. Il y a eu un changement de personnels. Les personnels sont très sympathiques, c'est a dire accueillant et a notre écoute. Toute la nourriture et les boissons ont changés. Plus le même goût! Le bubble tea au thé glacé et remplit d'eau on le sent en le buvant!! C'est horrible. Les baguels ont rétrecis. Les prix sont vraiment trop cher pour un bubble tea à l'eau parce que oui c'est à l'eau. Les anciens prioritaires ont mis un prix de 5€50 mais c'était du vrai bubble tea. Le décors a vraiment changer cest plus moderne et c'est jolie! Ça attire l'œil... Mais en tant que ancienne dans ce petit resto O'Bubble je suis vraiment dégoûtée et je ne vous conseille pas ce petit resto. C'est du faux bubble tea, le goût n'est plus là. Que ce soit pour n'importe quel bubble tea j'ai tout goûté. Petits conseils aux nouveaux propriétaires : revoyez vos bubbles tea et vos baggels car sinon pour perdrait une ancienne clientèle! Les prix ne sont pas resonable, elles sont trop cherrrr... Si vous preniez moins cher, c'est sûre que la clientèle doublerai ou même triplerai!!! Récapitulatifs Nourriture a revoir catastrophe!!! Personnel et decors agreable et splendide. Nous etions 4 à venir dans ce resto et nous sommes tombés malade vomissement et mal de ventre et de tête alors que à la base ont été bien! Le lait cest du concentré deja préparer a la va vite !! Je me plains de ce resto. Vraiment pas conseillé! dégueulasse. Si cest pour tomber malade je vous le conseille mais sinon n'allez jamais dans ce bubble tea il a vraiment...

My review on O Bubble is not only on the food and drinks, but on a very special personal experience I encountered here. Thanks to the lovely staff at O Bubble, I managed to get back my purse that I had carelessly left the day before.. The honest and very helpful staff had kept it aside for me and even 16 hours later, my personal belongings were still in place. Thank you so much for your honesty ! As for food, the carrot cake was delicious, and so was the matcha milk tea with pearls 💕 I will definitely come back and...
