New Year's Eve Delight at Restaurant 20 Eiffel - A Memorable Culinary Experience!

I had the pleasure of spending my New Year's Eve dinner at Restaurant 20 Eiffel, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with elegantly decorated interiors that perfectly set the mood for the occasion.

The waitstaff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. The menu offered a delectable combination of Western and French cuisine, with each dish expertly prepared and presented. The drinks were delicious and well-paired with the dishes, and the prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the special occasion.

One of the highlights of the evening was the restaurant's proximity to l'Arc de Triomphe, which was only a 20-minute walk away. This made it convenient for us to enjoy the spectacular fireworks display after dinner. Parking was a bit challenging on that particular night, but we managed to find a spot behind the Eiffel Tower, which made it easier to leave the area post-celebrations. I would advise against parking near the river during major events, as spaces tend to fill up quickly.

Another noteworthy aspect of Restaurant 20 Eiffel was the availability of English menus and the fact that the waitstaff spoke English fluently. This was highly appreciated and made our dining experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.

With a privileged view of the Eiffel Tower in the terrace, the restaurant is everything you would expect from a bistro in Paris but unfortunately might struggle to find due to excessive tourist traps.

I’ve had the dinner formula with starter, main and dessert. The options in the menu were very creative and I might have to come back to try different dishes. As a starter, I had an egg salad with passion fruit vinaigrette and this exotic combination was an explosion of flavors. For the main dish, I had a duck with polenta and vegetables in sriracha sauce, delicious and again, very inspired. The blueberry soufflé was the unforgettable ending. Everything for 37,50 euros, which is a great price for the location and category.

The staff was attentive and efficient. The place has a very nice atmosphere and decoration and, as previously mentioned m, in days of good weather the terrace gives you a great view of the Eiffel Tower.

It’s worth mentioning the restaurant is a Michelin Bib’s Gourmand recommendation and totally lives up to expectations.

RESTAURANT 20 EIFFEL, just a block away from the Eiffel Tower, is a fantastic oasis for great dining. After a tiring day of touring beautiful Paris, we were looking for a good dining experience, and found it at 20 EIFFEL! We were hungry, so we ordered the Poireaux crayons cuits minute vinaigrette à l'huile de noisette (leeks), the Carré d'agneau rôti en croûte d'amandes et herbes (rack of lamb), and the Émincée d'asperges vertes cuites minutes,oeuf et copeaux de Comté (asparagus with egg and cheese). Everything was absolutely amazing! Such wonderful flavors and textures! My wife especially enjoyed the buttery and tender asparagus, and my lamb chops were sublime! For desserts, we ordered the Crème brûlée à la pistache (crème brulee with pistachio) and the Soufflé noisette au pamplemousse (hazelnut soufflé with grapefruit).
