Looks can be deceiving. Don't be fooled by their menu and the fact there are people eating outside at the tables. Worst place we ate at in Europe. We asked for tap water and it tasted like chlorine. Obviously weren't happy we didn't order drinks. Serviettes were dirty. What I assume was the manager was shouting on his mobile phone. Waiter served dinner to the wrong table. Two tables down was another couple. The manager added up their bill on the paper tablecloth then asked for cash. He was promptly told they didn't have any, only card. He then turned people away from tables that were vacant, as he went on to the footpath out the front, leaned against a pole and started smoking. The chicken salad with vegetables was awful and the margherita pizza not much better. The bill was brought to the table and we were told by the waiter we should pay cash for good service. My response was something along the lines of it was not good service, illegal in our country to suggest such a thing and we wouldn't be coming back. I then paid with card. Worst eating experience in Paris and worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere in the world. What a...

The review is based on 3 factors (i.e., food/drink, service and atmosphere) and the corresponding rating is 3, 2 and 3. We ordered three pizzas which were basic with nothing special to mention. The price for the pizzas was ok for a restaurant so close to Eiffel tower. The price for the beers was high. The service was super late and bad. It took more than 45 minutes after ordering to prepare our pizzas. Also, I had to take out napkins from my bag since the waiter never brought us. I asked kindly for a empty water glass but again I was ignored. The restaurant would work so much better if it was offering an option for self service, the waiter were complete lost. Finally the general atmosphere and final feeling was weird. If you value good service and good food, try to find another place. If you are for cheap food and you have the time to wait for your order,...

Service was super slow. They advertised an air conditioned room with a small sign outside. The sign was bigger than the air conditioner. The power went out twice while we were there so the itty bitty air conditioner was clearly zapping all the power. The pizza was not terrible but it came with a very large chunk of burned crust stick to the bottom which made its way across the bottom of every single slice and we had to peel off. That's always fun with a 3 year old picky eater. The aubergine was terrible. Its premise and they reheat it. Can't tell if it was in microwave or toaster but either way the top was so over cooked it was inedible. Wow. The ice cream was frost bitten. Even the 3 year old was like "this is taking forever." While waiting for the ice cream. Not to...

We went there on Saturday, had to stop because it got late, and there were nine of us. The first place that said yes was ok for us. The food was really bad, like, seriously not good. As an Italian, it kinda hurt to see my culture treated that way. These guys aren't Italian, and I bet they don't even know where Italy is. The pizza seemed frozen and cost way too much. We ordered 3 plates of fries and got only 12 fries per plate, and they charged a crazy 15 euros. Not worth it! One of us ordered a pizza with sausages and they gave her something that was not food for sure, she removed all. The only okay thing was the water. Seriously, don't bother with this place. Find a real Italian spot instead. If I ever go back to Paris, I hope this disrespect to my country is closed down.

We honestly thought this place had a 4.3 rating, but turns out it was a 3.4—and we only realized after eating there. At first we were like, what the heck? But honestly? This ended up being the best place we’ve eaten in Paris. The value was amazing, the owner was so warm and welcoming, and our kids loved it so much they actually requested we go back the next night. We did—and it was just as good the second time. To top it off, the owner even went across the street and brought back a free crêpe for our son. That kind of kindness sticks with you. No frills, no fuss—don’t come expecting white tablecloths or fancy service. But if you’re looking for great food, friendly vibes, and a genuinely memorable experience, this is the spot. Highly recommend.
