Allo Beirut — Restaurant in Paris

We went to Allo Beirut on Fête de la Musique with five friends, hoping to enjoy some drinks and sandwiches while taking in the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish.

We ordered three sandwiches and a few cocktails/drinks. The sandwiches arrived in about 15 minutes, which was fine. But then we waited two full hours for our drinks – and they never came. During that time, we watched other people walk in, order, get their food and drinks, and leave, while we were completely ignored at our table.

After two hours of waiting with no explanation or updates, we told the staff we were leaving and no longer wanted our drinks. Instead of apologizing sincerely, we were told, “Sorry, don’t come again on Fête de la Musique – look how it gets.” That response alone shows how little regard they have for customer experience.

This was actually my second time giving this place a chance, and both visits were disappointing. Even when the place wasn’t crowded, the service was slow, disorganized, and inattentive. The food and drinks themselves are average at best, certainly not...

3.5 stars review I'll try to be fair with this place. I didn't have high expectations as I'm a fan of juice in Lebanon. The place is small and the atmosphere is regular. There are a lot of choices and the fruits are colorful. The staff was the best thing in the place, friendly, professional and helpful (if the concept is new to you). We tried some of their juices and it was good but not as good as i expected from a Lebanese juice shop. Hello,we came here from Germany.We loved the staff friendliness and the atmosphere, although the place is a bit congested.But the juice was not up to the point.I am a person who loves smoothies and juices.I tried the allo Beirut juice here.It was not fresh.The fruits tasted old.I would recommend the staff to work upon that.We could easily detect the old contents.Hope you will work upon that .We visited at around 11.30 in the night.I so not know if it was late in the night that they provided that.Otherwise...
