DO NOT Come here for overpriced bad food. 4 of us went last night around 745pm as we saw good reviews and the place looked nice. I wanted the duck and after the waiter came to us 12 mins after we sat down to take our order he told me it was sold out (aren't they suppose to tell me before we order if a dish is out?) 26.50 for bad mains ! We got the rabbit (meat had no flavor and wasn't tender), tuna (not seasoned), a soso Vitello Tonnato and my bf had the pasta covered in heavy truffle cream which was super overwhelming and smelled like cheap truffle oil for 20 euros which probably costed 2. None of us were impressed and worst of all...my bf got diaherra in the morning. It was the only food he had yesterday so....
If the owner see this feel free to contact me and you can check on your system of the above dishes we ordered . Its a shame because the place is so beautiful but the food was so so bad and overpriced for bad food is a crime to me. I strongly suggest a check with the chef what happened or perhaps the main chef was off or sick??

Read moreThis place was recommended by our guide, so we decided to give it a shot—especially since it was one of the few spots that had mille-feuille on the menu! I’d been curious to try this dessert for a long time. It didn’t disappoint as a first experience, though I must say it looks more spectacular than it tastes.
We only ordered the onion soup, as we had already eaten dinner elsewhere. The waitress who served us was friendly, though she seemed a bit overwhelmed, so the service wasn’t particularly fast. We didn’t mind that, but unfortunately, we were charged for a glass of wine we hadn’t ordered. We only noticed after leaving, so we went back, and she refunded us. It’s unclear whether it was an honest mistake or not.
All in all, despite the appealing menu, I don’t think I would’ve chosen to return even if we’d had more time. The flavors were average, but I wouldn’t discourage others from giving this place a try—there’s a lot of...
Read moreA friend recommended it as he used to go there frequently when he worked in the area. We went for lunch. We both had the French onion soup, and it was very good, with lots of cheese. My daughter opted for the salad, which was hearty, and I had the vitello tonnato, which I really enjoyed. The server recommended de rosé wine 50cl carafe. The water jug was free and constantly replenished! The bathrooms are upstairs, and as I took the steps, I noticed the decor was that of a boudoir! My impression was confirmed as I went back and saw in neon lights "Le Boudoir de Vivienne". Our lovely server explained to us that the area used to be the red light district of Paris! There's a coded "saucy" letter by George Sand, and there used to be a picture of services offered to the clientèle which unfortunately was stolen by a low life...presumably for his/her own establishment!!! We...
