There are many pastry shops around Paris and so to stand out from them all, you need to be special. This place bakes baguette multiple times through out the day until they close at 8pm so you can have freshest baguette all throughout the day. We first visited at 4pm, and the baguette was warm! Softly crispy on the outside and soft and tender inside - WOW.
We were lucky to have tried the seasonal fog danish amongst countless pastores. The pastry was crispy and beautifully layered.
Don't bother with the chain pastry across the street with flashy interior. If you want baguette and pastries made traditional way without the fanfare, this is the place to go.

I also got a free drink which is a event for buying both sandwich and dessert. Moreover, this boulangerie opens earlier and closes later than other stores.
