I love this place! The salads and sandwiches are innovative and delicious. The cakes are delightful. But for me the star is the cinnamon bun (brioche cannelle), baked fresh every day. There are also workshops available to learn how to make these pastries.Interesting story behind the owner. I highly recommend this cafe to tourists or locals, it is my absolute favorite in all of Paris! Located not far from the Luxembourg Gardens in the 5th arrondissement, this place is small and charming but beautifully decorated. All of food is home made and the desserts are delicious (worth trying them all but I definitely recommend the almond croissant, pistachio cake, or the chocolate chip cookie). The coffee, treats, and formule midi are some of the best prices you will be able to find in Paris. The cafe is owned and run by a wonderful young woman who is always so welcoming.
