We got the British breakfast set (baguette, two eggs, a tiny piece of bacon, coffee, and orange juice) and the steak with frites. The breakfast set had a very small and undercooked piece of bacon, the eggs were rubbery and round; likely baked in a muffin pan, and the waiter forgot the orange juice. The waiter wasn’t the friendliest guy and for a moment of time, we were the only customers there, making his lack of attentiveness unexplainable. The steak with frites was underwhelming. The steak was tough and somehow unevenly cooked throughout. The frites came in a basket and were remarkably cold, soggy, and greasy. The atmosphere was nice and appears to have been newly renovated, however, the tables were pushed together really tight, likely cramming in as many tourists as possible. Note that we came to this restaurant by mistake, intending on going to the cafe two doors down, and we’re sure for the price, you can get a much better breakfast elsewhere. This place screams of a tourist trap, especially as it’s located only a few minutes away from The Louvre.

I picked this cafe because I thought it had nice street appeal, but sadly that was about the best part of our experience. We stopped in for some crêpes this evening and were throughly underwhelmed. The crêpes we got had minimal presentation - as if they had just been opened up from a packet and placed on a plate. To add to that, they were barely warm. As if someone had thrown them in the microwave for 30 seconds and called that enough. I can’t see any world in which these were actually cooked on-site. Additionally, my mum asked for some water that was never given. We paid a total of 31.5€ (x3 sugar crêpes, + an orangina and Coke Zero) which equals $51 in AUD which is objectively a lot for what we got as a product. Yes, I understand that exchange rates mean things cost more, and we’re legitimately happy to pay those prices - if it’s worth it. This meal was absolutely not worth the price we were charged. I can’t speak for the rest of their menu but DO NOT order crêpes from this restaurant unless you want a plate of sadness.

We came to this place to sit and enjoy some coffee next to the Louvre Museum. We bought 2 coffees and a crepe. We asked 3 different waiters for some water and after asking for it time and time again they just brought us a single glass of water, while the people sitting right next to us had a full bottle without even ordering it (they told us about it after they saw our frustration with how bad the service was). I gently asked the waiter again to bring us a bottle and he told us it’s not free, while clearly that was not the case. I didn’t even drink the water because of how bad their behavior was. I had to ask for the receipt as well because they didn’t bring it initially. Horrible horrible experience. Most rude people I have encountered in my entire life.

Wow. Where to even start. Do not go to this restaurant. My friend lost her wedding ring under the outdoor wooden deck. The staff were so rude when we even suggested we wanted to try to find it! They said they didn’t own the wooden space so we tried to contact police. During this time, I was screamed at despite continuing to order drinks at our table (this was during a 2 hour time so and it was not a huge rush hour time). I was kicked out of the patio while waiting for my friend to buy a screw driver to get her ring. I want to note that I was not in anyway rude ( I do not speak fluent French and that was my only error). I tried to tell the manager that I just didn’t understand him as he yelled at me. We went back around 10 pm to try to move a board to see if we could get it. We did. No ring. It is impossible due to the ground situation that this ring rolled far. We removed two boards manually. A waiter who was not part of the yelling, unreal, insensitive group from earlier, helped us unscrew the boards with a screwdriver that earlier DID NOT EXIST as well as noted to us that the boss had a power drill. The ring was not found. I believe this is because they removed the boards before we arrived - there was damage to the boards - and took it. Before that and to everyone else there, they were extremely rude. The helpful waiter from late at night said we should come back at 8 am and the boss could power drill the deck panels and look further. Once my friend arrived, this person (the same who kicked me out) dismissed her and did not help. THERE IS NO REASON TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. There are many, many wonderful places. Stay away from this one. The bathrooms are...

At first the restaurant seemed alright, they don't have a wide selection of platters but we (2 people) assumed they took care of the quality of the dishes they proposed.

Not even 2 minutes after we ordered, we were startled by a mouse roaming around the restaurant which set off the ambiance and made us uncomfortable. When we mentioned it to the waitress she shoved it off carelessly saying well you know it's paris.

We ordered from the Tapas section guacamole and tortilla. The guacamole wasn't good and wasn't even a real guacamole but that was fine compared to what's coming next.

We ordered a salmon poke bowl (with high expectations considering they put a spotlight on it) and we ordered a 'Bavette d'Angus' which is basically a steak and fries. The sauce for the steak was mediocre at best (just caramelized onions basically) and the steak was hard and tasteless.

The poke bowl was honestly not good at all. the wakame was very sour compared to what it usually tastes like, the mangoes and avocado were very ripe and soggy, the salmon was kind of alright but not great either and the rice was absurdly disgusting, very sour and watery, i never call food disgusting like that but that was very bad to the point where we didn't eat the dish and just picked out the eatable parts of it.

The food took 30+ minutes to come in and unfortunately in general our experience there wasn't enjoyable. expensive and not good.

(ps: i needed to use the bathroom at the end so i got up to go and saw the mouse again, also near the kitchen, so i...
