On this cold day in Paris, I was craving a zaatar manouche. We headed out for breakfast, and the place was packed. We ordered a Royal, a Zaatar, a Saj Cheese, and a Cheese Manouche. The Zaatar was satisfying, with fluffy dough and flavorful seasoning. However, the Cheese Manouche was disappointing; it didn’t seem to use Akkawi cheese, as the texture was more like melted rubbery rather than the authentic stretchiness it should have. The Saj wasn’t the traditional style we’re used to in Lebanon.

What stood out most was the lack of generosity. A Lebanese establishment should embody hospitality, but when we ordered a veggie platter to accompany the manakish, we were served a small takeaway container with just a few cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices. Considering it’s owned by a Michelin-starred chef, I expected better attention to detail and superior service.…

Note: I haven’t took any pictures from the food we ordered, I ordered maamoul date at the end and it...

During my visit to Paris, I stumbled upon Faurn, a gem nestled in the heart of the city. Being Lebanese, I couldn’t resist trying their Lebanese breakfast, and it was nothing short of a heartwarming delight. The quality of the food was superb, truly capturing the essence of authentic Lebanese flavors.

What stole the show for me was the Manakeesh—it was absolutely top-notch! The flavors, the texture, everything was perfect. It was so exceptional that I can confidently say I would make the journey from Brugge to Paris just to indulge in their Manakeesh again.

Faurn not only offers delicious Lebanese cuisine but also provides a genuine taste of home. If you find yourself in Paris and yearning for an authentic Lebanese breakfast, Faurn is the place to be. A culinary experience that lingers in your...

If you're craving authentic Lebanese thyme "manoucheh", look no further than Faurn. Nestled in Paris, this pizzeria offers delightful taste of Lebanon with its mouthwatering "manoucheh", fresh out of the oven. The moment you step in , the inviting aroma of freshly baked dough fills the air. The "manoucheh" is simply delicious, a perfect blend of crispy yet soft dough, generously topped with ingredients. Portions are generous, ensuring that you'll leave satisfied and eager to return. A tip for an even more delightful experience: try pairing your "manoucheh" with a hot cup of tea. The combination is perfect, enhancing the flavors and providing a comforting...

Based on one visit: Food was excellent, and will most probably go there again. I don't know if these guys were understaffed on the night or something, but the service was poor. We were halfway done with our dinner and the rest of the order (veggies) was still not on the table. I had to ask for it (after being asked to sit and it will brought to me). I actually picked it up myself from the next door kitchen :) Ordered tea as well (when I placed the first order - not individually), came in during the last bite. I don't know if this is a one-off or the norm, but it certainly should be better. But yeah, our manaeesh were awesome.
