The atmosphere is the same as the US FiveGuys, and they try to keep the tables clean, that's one good thing, but on the serving area they do not care. The soda dispensers are full of caramelized soda, the ketchup dispensers were completely empty and a lot of customers were grabbing handfuls of ketchup sachets to eat if with their fries (myself included, picture attached, so I don't know how do the owners keep the whole thing profitable), and my cheeseburguer was a COMPLETE DISASTER! When I order a burguer I want to eat it warm, but t even though they were fast in handing it over to me, the sandwich was completely cold.... so it's either they kept the thing ready for a while outside of a food warmer, or the meat patties they used were old and cold before they put it into the sandwich... when I opened the burguer I saw the onions smacked all over the aluminium wrap, messy, dirty and cold as heck. Besides that, I have never seen SO MANY PEOPLE in the kitchen, and even during rush hours, most of them were laughing around as most of them didn't have much to do, unlike FiveGuys America where they pay you but working hard for it, as it's supposed to be. For those expecting to find the same quality as FiveGuys USA, Belgium or the Netherlands, forget about it, go to eat in Belgium.

💶 6,50€ Milkshake Oreo-beurre de cacahuète 👍 | Gourmand ____ [Analyse détaillée] Little Cheeseburger (all the way) 🍔 | 🥩 Patty type smashburger bien cuit.

certainly didn't expect to see a Five Guy's Restaurant along Champs-Élysées as the most beautiful and well-known avenue in Paris. But....this is no ordinary Five Guys location. With seating on three different levels, it's huge. It even has an elevator. We had to wait 15 minutes to get in. One nice feature that I've always liked at Five Guys is the ability to customize toppings. All of our food was good, and it was a cool experience to eat at this particular location. Service was excellent, and especially considering how busy it was. Toilets were clean and free to everyone. We had to wait 15 minutes to get in. Hey everyone! Today, I’m at Five Guys on the iconic Champs-Élysées in Paris. This place is a gem for burger lovers! First off, the taste of the meat here is just fantastic - it’s juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It’s like a carnival of flavors in your mouth. And let’s talk about the fries - oh my, they are simply divine! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. But wait, there’s more - the milkshakes! These are not your average shakes; they’re thick, creamy, and come with a variety of mix-ins. It’s like they’ve captured the essence of happiness in a cup. The overall vibe of the place is lively and buzzing with energy, adding to the experience. If you’re in Paris and craving an American-style burger, Five Guys at Champs-Élysées is a must-visit. It’s a delightful blend of American fast food with a touch of Parisian charm. Bon appétit!

TL;DR Save your euros. Eat five guys in America. Waited about 10 minutes in line before we were able to order. Thankfully the cashier was sweet and spoke english. She even taught us how to say 84 in French! Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. First, price was at 24 euros for the same order we would plave in america at 17 dollars. The wait for the food was insane. Maybe 10 to 15 minutes. With the folks behind the counter screaming quite rudely and pronouncing numbers weird that many could not understand what they were saying. Tables were chaotic , dirty, and almost all taken even in this 3 story 5 guys location. Their assortment of sauces matches American standards however sauces on the actual sandwiches were not existent. Fries were nice and crisp. As usual, no free refills here in France.
