Currently sitting in the restaurant. It’s a busy Saturday night and it was a little hectic. Louis jumped in and started taking orders on a tablet to help the line. The soda machines were down and I was with my pregnant friend who was not feeling well and wanted a sprite. He specifically asked if it was working for sprite and someone else who had just worked with the machine told him yes. We checked out and went to get a drink and the machine was not working. And they would not give her a bottle of sprite behind the counter because it was only for delivery. She asked if she could have water and she said yes but it was cheaper than the fountain drink we paid for but wouldn’t give her a refund. However, the rest of the team kept selling the beverages knowing the machine was broken. The right thing would have been to give the bottles of soda and refunds and the manager on duty said no. There were lots of upset customers. And Louis handled it all without panicking. He had great customer service skills and kept cool under pressure. Not here, the food was on point—flavorful, and delicious, as always. Aside from the food, Jenny, the young woman who took my order was amazing. Her customer service skills are truly exceptional. She was warm and friendly and spoke perfect English without an accent. Or, attitude! I can’t wait to come again. I did have a small issue, and that’s why I gave three stars for atmosphere. I placed my Evian water, which I purchased there along with the mayo and ketchup on my table. I got up to get my food, and when I got back to my table, someone had stolen my water. Read moreI am really big fan of five guys but this particular one just gave us a bad experience. Me and my girlfriend we order 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 1 fries + soft drinks. While we are waiting for the order two prepare we noticed that people that order after us received their order so when I ask the guy he answer that they already served the order with our number. Also one employee (lady) was insisting that she delivered the order to us… of course we ask them to check the cameras and see that we were just waiting the whole time over there… at the end they agree to prepare the order for us and among all that they forget to add one of the toppings to one of the burgers….
