We reserved a table for 2 at 12:30 today, but unfortunately due to the delay of bus 30, we arrived at 12:50. So yes we agreed that our reservation is canceled and we then waited outside like other customers, no contest at all. But after waiting for nearly 30 minutes, the waitress let the customers who are behind us in queue to enter before us. My wife kindly and politely asked for the reason. But shockingly, the waitress answered with loud voice in chinese, almost yell at my wife, although we are not chinese at all. This is very impolite and unprofessional how they treat customers. By reading other reviews, there seems to be a consistent consensus about bad customer service, especially the attitude of the waitress.
