The prices were not very high giving the portion size. Unfortunately the cot cot burger and "mountain porkbelly" were not worth this much money to be honest. To "catch" the pesto in the burger you had to really focus your mind and taste buds. The chicken was not seasoned, the whole sandwich allover was dry. Fries were quite crispy even after some time so that's a plus. The pork belly was also unseasoned there was almost 40/50% of rib in a piece of meat - not something one would expect giving the "mountain" in the name. Risotto was dry, overdone, unseasoned and not tasty at all. This dish should not be on the menu because it's bad. The best thing in the dish were greens with dressing. One good thing that we ate was the Billy salad with crispy goat cheese and it was really, really tasty. Drinks were pricey although good.
To summarise, the restaurant is ok for lunch with a salad and a drink, but I wouldn't go there for a dinner. I'd recommend seasoning better the dishes and removing the porkbelly from the menu because its...
Read moreEvery year, my extended family tries to do a trip together. In total, we number 16. After having spent 10 days in the UK, all of us were eager to see what a city like Paris had to offer in terms of cuisine.
Although we were quite exhausted from the train ride from London– in addition to the July heat– this restaurant made a great close to a long first day.
First and foremost, upon arrival, our party of 16 was seated– I was especially worried, because it looked full and it was about 9:00PM. Secondly, all the staff spoke English, which made our experience all the more pleasant.
The food was excellent! Everyone loved what they ordered! Some people got CotCot burgers, and they said it was one of the best chicken sandwiches they ever had. I myself got the Saltimbocca, which was excellent! The meat was very tender, and the ratatouille was extraordinarily flavorful. Would highly recommend for any American...
