Pizza Di Napoli — Restaurant in Paris

We arrived in Paris a bit later than expected and were eager to find a delicious meal. After walking a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, we hoped to discover a restaurant with better prices and fewer crowds. We were warmly welcomed by a gentleman named Loren. He took excellent care of us and was so friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the food was tasty. It was also very clean and nicely decorated.

Two days later, we decided to return after trying other restaurants that charged more but didn't match the taste or atmosphere. I was drawn in by the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype.

The food was average. Not bad, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. What really put me off was being given a knife that looked stained or possibly rusty. It made me uncomfortable enough that I used my wife’s instead. I had originally asked for takeout, but eventually I gave the food to someone in need on my way back.

Service was fine, not particularly warm or rude. Just unremarkable overall.

I see that the owner often posts passionate responses to criticism, so I want to make clear that I have no agenda and I'm just sharing my honest experience as a paying customer.

One of the worst, if not the worst pizzeria in Paris. Total tourist trap. I ordered a pizza and when I got to work I discovered it was the wrong one went back and exchanged it and I got an undercooked pizza with anchovies which I hate so I had to throw it away. Unfortunately my lunch break was over so I called them to complain and told them ild be back the day after to finally get my pizza I was told no problem but when I arrived the next day they accused me of lying and gave a bogus excuse not to replace my pizza..
