Je suis cliente de la maison du chocolat depuis des années, essentiellement à la boutique madeleine, mais là je voudrais apporter mon expérience très négative de cette boutique Victor Hugo. Après avoir été servie par une vendeuse pas aimable, accueil insignifiant me mettant mal à l’aise, ne connaissant pas le quartier je lui demande mon chemin, cette personne m’indique d’un geste furtif une direction vraiment contraire à mon parcours, j’ai dû marcher longtemps pour parvenir au métro le plus proche, j’ai perdu 1 heure à chercher mon chemin. Croyez vous que ce comportement est digne d’une personne représenta la maison du chocolat ? Cette vendeuse ferait mieux de se trouver un autre job parce qu’elle n’est pas en adéquation avec le prestige de cette enseigne qui propose un haut de gamme de chocolat et pâtisseries. L’accueil d’une boutique fait la renommée de celle-ci Je reste cliente fidèle à la maison du chocolat mais quelle déception concernant le plupart des personnels qui travaillent dans ces boutiques.
