My girlfriend and I are visiting Paris for 4 days and after our Montmartre walking tour we found this place for dinner.

There's nothing I could fault about this place. My girlfriend had the bolognese which she said was delicious. I had the sirloin, which came with fries, it was perfectly cooked. The meal came with complimentary bread which was welcomed after a long walking tour! All of this for excellent value given the current state of the economy (!). I also asked for an espresso after my meal which the host generously gave me on the house.

Speaking of the host (whose name I wish I had asked (he had a ponytail and I'm sure was the owner?)) was an absolute credit to the restaurant, he was so friendly and made my girlfriend and I feel so welcomed. They had a lovely cat that we managed to get some snaps of too.

I'm not quite sure I've ever had such a positive experience at a restaurant. I will be recommending this place to anyone I...

Such a hidden gem in the neighborhood of Montmartre. Wouldn’t think it’s that awesome when walking by, but make sure to pop in if you are close by. Small and cosy with good music playing!

The food is delicious and very French and the waiter such a great guy. We had the onion soup (which didn’t taste much like onions but still very awesome) and then beef sirloin with fries, the fish with spinach and the plate of the day (awesome prawns and tagliatelle). For all this great food we paid little less than 50€ which is great! Make sure to try a dessert afterwards! The Creme brûlée shouldn’t be missed.

The highlight is the restaurant’s cat called Carmen who comes to greet you and have a pet, if you are up for it. If you don’t, she’ll stay away and greet...

This cafe bistro was quite the delight. We expected high prices and not so great food since it’s in a tourist area but we were pleasantly surprised. This was our family’s first meal in Paris and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it! We ordered the snails, moules frites and a charcuterie platter of meat and cheese. The snails were yummy, we wish there was more sauce for us to dip our bread in. The moules were well cooked and flavored and the fries were crunch and soft inside. The meat and cheese platter was abundant and delicious. And the price was quite affordable compared to all the other restaurants around. The service was friendly and helpful.
