Horrible experience, staff is not at a 5 star hotel level. Rude, lazy and sloppy. My partner is deft in one ear and had to move his chair close to me to hear me properly. Despite the bar being empty, one of the staff members came to us and forced my partner to move the chair back to his original place. Despite us explaining he is deft, he could not care less.
