The food was really bland, not enjoyable at all. We had the veggie burger, which was really more like a chickpea curry sandwich and had some very grey avocado on it, and the linguine with burrata which was kind of sweet and extremely bland. There were 2 people doing all the hosting & waiting, and one bartender. Seemed like they needed more staff to keep up with things. We waited an hour to get our food after ordering and, after we were done eating, another half hour at least of trying to flag down our waiter before finally giving up and going to the counter to pay, where we had to wait another few minutes but were eventually (finally!) helped. I know less attentive service is a cultural norm in France but this went way beyond that. I have never had to put in that much effort to try to flag a waiter, or had my efforts so completely ignored. There are so many great restaurants in Paris. Don’t waste your time on this one.

I strongly do not recommend this place😕😕😕 Our morning at this restaurant started off terribly. The menu was literally thrown on our table, as if it weren’t a restaurant but some kind of canteen for animals. There was no smile, no greeting—it felt like we were intruding and unwelcome. I stayed only because of my husband. To make matters worse, a staff member (possibly the cleaner) broke a cup and then started shouting and swearing in French, loud enough for the whole café to hear. It was both unprofessional and uncomfortable. My husband said the breakfast was decent, but the atmosphere here is enough to ruin your mood first thing in the morning. They have no guests, and it’s clear they know nothing about proper service. Such behavior left an extremely negative impression. I strongly do not recommend this place. 🤨

The place looks a bit dirty and too small couldn’t even eat normally at the table, and I wouldn’t say it looks very clean the whole place. The food was terrible. It was my first meal in France, Caesar salad and disgusting onion soup. If this is what French people normally eat, I feel British people are eating better. The Caesar salad they just put cold chicken from the fridge, didn’t taste good at all and was very dry, onion soup looked disgusting and dirty … At some point, we saw that one of Aperol Spritz's glasses was cracked and they gave us that When we told them at the end they could at least take off from bill the of Aperol since you gave the customers broken glasses… We paid around 45 euros for such bad food I would definitely not recommend this place

Don’t eat there, we had an awful experience, first, the service is very slow, the waiter didn’t check on us, even when we finished our started, we wait more than 20 min when we decided to ask if they could served our main dish, then we wait for another 30 min, we looked how they were serving many tables on front even when they arrived after us, we ask if we could cancel, they said was almost done, then we wait again 15 minutes, we ask again to cancel, they said dishes were coming, was not true, we decided to leave as they didn’t served us as they said will be in a minute, we paid for the dinner even if we didn’t have it, once we stand up to pay, they brought our dishes, but we felt so stressful that we would not enjoy the dinner, we leave the place without eating our dinner, very unsatisfied and mad that they couldn’t apologise for the very bad service we had, you can imagine how overwhelmed we felt for the situation that we paid 70€ even when we didn’t eat the main dishes! They don’t take care of their customers! I wouldn’t recommended to eat there! As well, looks like they will treat you better if you are French, so if you are visitor don’t go, they discriminate by nationality! Check...

Loss of time!!

We stopped by this bistro on our way to the Musée d’Orsay, as it looked like a cozy and inviting place for lunch. Since we had a reservation at the museum at 1:30 p.m., we arrived at 12 and specifically asked if a quick lunch was possible. The staff assured us it wouldn’t be a problem.

Our drinks arrived promptly, which gave us hope for a smooth experience. However, we waited quite a while for our food. After 30 minutes, we kindly asked about it, and were told it was “on its way.” fifteen minutes later, growing concerned about time, we asked another staff member—only to find out they had forgotten to prepare our order entirely.

Unfortunately, we had to leave without eating, as we couldn’t miss our museum visit. Although they offered the drinks for free, it felt like the bare minimum after such poor service.

We left disappointed by the lack of organization and accountability. Never again.

Special thanks to my niece, Kaat Vuchelen, who kept me entertained and in good spirits during the long wait—definitely the highlight of...

Honestly, what was that? This place is so bad it defies criticism. I absolutely cannot comprehend how it has a four-star rating.

It starts with an absolutely arrogant and lazy staff who keep themselves busy pacing back and forth without actually serving anyone.

The interior is outdated and poorly maintained—it's very uncomfortable to sit inside, not to mention that all the tables seem wobbly.

The washroom constantly runs out of toilet paper or soap, and no one seems to care.

And then, of course, the food. We ordered soups and ended up waiting nearly 25 minutes while being blatantly ignored by the waiter. When I finally built up the courage to ask about our order, it appeared immediately! Turns out it had been sitting in the kitchen for several minutes—just completely forgotten.

The food itself was decent—probably the best part of this place—though the entire dining experience had already been ruined by everything...
