This has gotten to be the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. My husband almost got lead poisoning from one of their dishes. I’ve traveled and dined out a great amount of times and can confidently say that this place is the worst of all time. The food was mediocre in both flavor and presentation. However, what made this dining experience the worst of the worst is the customer service. The restaurant took no responsibility or accountability for the lead pellet found in the duck that was served to us. My husband almost broke his tooth when he bit into a shotgun pellet that was found in the duck. Luckily, he spat it out before he could accidentally digest a lead pellet used to kill the duck. The restaurant proceeded to explain that there’s nothing they can do about this matter because the duck was not killed by them. How ridiculous is that? A prime example of a business with lack of accountability and no respect for their customers. At least be ethically enough to take responsibility for serving their customers poison due to their lack of quality control. Such a disappointment. This place should not be on the Michelin Guide ever. They tossed out the pellet before we could take a picture of it to kill evidence. Such a disgrace. Please stay...

Do you know "the 100 dish you must try in your life"? There is good chance Maison Cluny will serve one.

The chef really look to go beyond the standard "bistronomy" . Looking in best and unconventional ingredients. Combining them nicely.

As said there are a few dish you must try if you did not before. Like the 'ris d'agneau' (lamb "sweatbread'). Or the Ris de veau ( the veal version).

The small dishes are great. Like the socca and the Hummus.

Also do no skip the appetizers! These are always surprisingly nice. Even the name that sounds simple. The chef manage to create a circus of flavors out of them

The wine dard is, I would say as expected for such place. There are a few gems and difficult to find domaines in the upper of the list.

I almost forgot to mention about the terrace. Spaciousl and calm. The rue de Cluny is a very small street. And opposite side is the garden of Abbaye de Cuny. (This is far from the terrasses of big places in front of big boulevards.

Anyway, thank you for the wonderful evening....

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and warm. The decor struck a perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy charm, making it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners and gatherings with friends. The food was absolutely outstanding. A special highlight was a pasta meal that I still think about—it was simply unforgettable! The menu offered a diverse selection, ensuring that there’s something for everyone. Including some dishes vegan or gluten-free. Nice wine selection. They featured a rare assortment of great wines at very reasonable prices, which is a rarity for a restaurant of this caliber. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations. Maison Cluny is a hidden gem that I will definitely return to. Whether you're looking for a special night out or a casual meal with friends, this place is...

I'm confused by all the 5* reviews of this restaurant. For appetizers we had the sardinelles with butter and the espresso cheddar. The sardines were dry, served with a half of teaspoon of butter (€12). The cheddar was just cheddar, nothing special about it, no hint of espresso at all (€13). For mains we wanted the saffron orzo, but asked if it could be made without chorizo, we were told yes, and 5 minutes later told that it could no longer be made without chorizo. So I chose the gnocchi, the blandest dish I've ever had (€22), my sister had skate with shellfish, also very bland (€26). All in all, spent a fortune on food that was bland and lacked finesse and love, left hungry and disappointed. The service was good and the restaurant is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Edit: The owner's response says a lot about them. Salt is universal, is it not?
