Mido Paris — Restaurant in Paris

I have been revisiting mido everytime when I was in Paris since mido opened. It always is a pleasure to eat at mido except this time. I am vegetarian, so in my previous visit mido makes me special off menu dishes which is so delicious. But this time when I ask the waitress if she could ask the kitchen to remake something I had she rejected me by saying they were so busy. Ok, I understand that. But she literally ignored me when I wave at her. she was silence like she counldnt speak and her face was cold like ice. The food was always great, but the service are slipping down. A nice place at the intercontinental - was there a few times. Ambience is very nice, service is a hit or miss based on who you get. The food and drinks in general are pretty good. The sushi / sashimi menu is good, flavorful but nothing out of the ordinary. I had a couple of breakfasts and a nice lunch with sashimi and a couple of glasses of Chablis. For the stuffy waiters etc - just be stuffy in return and you are good - low expectations in that department would help you enjoy...

The staff here are truly warm and inviting. I started with the guacamole served with crispy gyoza chips and savory padron peppers, each full of flavor and boasting a delicious charred taste. For the main course, the organic chicken teriyaki was cooked to perfection, accompanied by vinaigrette rice that added a nice tang.
