Noir — Restaurant in Paris

This cafe is definitely one of the best I've ever visited. The atmosphere here is always friendly, and the staff is always ready to help with choosing a drink or snack. The service is fast, but at the highest level.

I would especially like to mention the baristas Franco and Amida. These wonderful people always greet guests with a warm smile and do their best to make every visit to the cafe special. Franco has an incredible talent in making coffee, and his knowledge of different varieties and cooking methods is simply amazing. Amidu always creates a cozy atmosphere and makes every guest feel at home.

EXCELLENT coffee!!! As a coffee lover from the states, this is the very best specialty coffee in Paris. They serve very good single origin coffees with various flavor profiles. I ordered a cappuccino but will be going back for a shot of espresso tomorrow. So good! The staff is also very try friendly. Déjà bcp d’avis négatifs sur le service des employés mais je voudrais quand même ajouter le mien. Alors y a juste une seule dame devant moi, la jeune fille (barista) préfère parler avec elle, bon ok c’est la convivialité, un peu le concept des cafés sympas du quartier hein…Enfin, lorsque ce finalement mon tour, j'ai levé les yeux et souri à la jeune fille, prêt à lui dire bonjour mais elle a levé les yeux et m'a regardé avec un air froid et un peu énervé, ce qui m'a figé sur place puis elle s'est soudainement tournée vers son collègue pour discuter sur un truc devant son écran de Mac...J'ai attendu longtemps avant de finalement lui rappeler ma présence. Plus tard pour servir le café elle a presque jeté la tasse sur la table. J'avais l'impression qu'on la dérangeait. Je ne suis pas un expert en café, donc je jugerai pas la qualité du café, mais le cheddar scone était vraiment immangeable. Avant quand y avait encore Marks Spencer à Paris, le fromage cheddar était moins de 2€ et très bon. Alors celui-ci m'a coûté presque 5€ (plus ou moins je ne sais plus) et n'était même pas aussi bon que celui de ma collègue qui vient d'apprendre la pâtisserie!!! C'était sec et sans goût.
