We had dinner with friends and kids on Saturday night.
It took them 1h30 to come out with food, and said several times that they were understaffed. The problem was that it was not just understaffed.
1.) staff that was there were really badly trained and the responses on wait times were just blatantly rude 2.) tables were seated after us left 30 mins before we even got our main serving 3.) portions were mixed between people and clearly were too small for a main meal in a Korean place 4.) our receipt came up to 70 euros for small portioned food, and a couple starters… which could have been normal if it was indeed served properly.
It’s an ok place for Korean food, but there are many better places in the 16th and also better Korean food...
Read moreI was disappointed with the service here. I had booked a table for 2 on Saturday, October 4 at 12:45 pm, but when we arrived, the staff didn’t even ask for my name. After some hesitation, they seated us at a table meant for 1 person, and we had to call someone over to reset it for 2, even though nicer tables for two were available. Unsurprisingly, the table was inconvenient for a proper meal. Although they cleared plates after each dish, nobody ever asked how the food was or showed any care, not even when we left. The food is so good really, I took a bibimbap with tartare of beef and a bulgogi they were the best I ever eat. The bibimbap is little spicy but for me who feel too much the spicy, I thought it was really the perfect dose. The bulgogi is so great marinated and smooth in the mouth.
