Very disappointing experience at Primo Piano (Le Bon MarchĂ©, Paris) I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was far from what you'd expect at such a reputed establishment. I ordered a steak (or another beef cut â I donât recall exactly), but the meat was extremely tough and nearly impossible to chew. When the waiter asked if everything was fine, I took the opportunity to let him know. He seemed surprised but offered to bring me another dish, which I appreciated â I chose the chicken.
Unfortunately, that didn't improve the experience. The chicken was completely overwhelmed by an excessively strong mustard sauce, which masked any real flavor. When I gave this feedback, politely and based on considerable dining experience, the waiter got visibly annoyed and told me I was being difficult and that his other clients never complain.
To top it off, I was billed for the steak instead of the chicken. Only after pointing it out was the bill corrected.

And waiter, and then his boss, lady with shot hair with glasses, said, that they always give this like Primitivo((((. And they argue with us! We did not give up, and 5 min later waiter brought Primitivo! Like we order! Like in menue! Who can explain me, why they did it? So stupid. So unpleasant. J'aurais prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© qu'on y serve uniquement des boissons, comme c'Ă©tait le cas auparavant. Les barmans semblent dĂ©bordĂ©s, tout comme les pĂątissiers. Cette nouvelle organisation a malheureusement un impact nĂ©gatif sur l'expĂ©rience des clients, qui repartent parfois insatisfaits. Il serait vraiment important de revoir ce fonctionnement afin d'allĂ©ger la charge de travail des Ă©quipes, qui font pourtant preuve de beaucoup de bonne volontĂ©. Je prĂ©cise que lâambiance est toujours agrĂ©able et la nourriture et service sont top mais il faudrait peut ĂȘtre revenir Ă la politique dâavant.
