Cancelled our dinner two hours before we were supposed to turn up. Shame on you!! And this when the dinner was already paid for. While we were not able to come to Paris due to my wife being sick (and the hotel not accepting for us to postpone everything) we were hoping that our friends were going to be able to enjoy the dinner that we had already paid for. However, we were not even given the chance to have them do so as Nepita decided to cancel our reservation (WHICH WAS ALREADY PAID FOR) two hours before. They didn't call us to enquire if we were going to show up and when we tried to respond to the generic email we were sent, we got error messages as this was sent from a NoReply email. It felt like they were more interested in making even more money by betting on us not showing up than honoring the fact that the table and dinner was already paid for and that somebody might show...

All was tasty and nicely prepared but portions were really small plus on a signature menu costing 55 per person offering 1 dessert dish to share by two people looked bad. Accueil insipide, sans aucune attention au client. Les assiettes sont sans intĂ©rĂȘt, pas de peps ou dâoriginalitĂ©, et trĂšs peu copieuses (le crudo de bar en entrĂ©e ce sont 5 minuscules tranches), lâartichaut est surcuit malgrĂ© une mousse de pistache qui est le seul Ă©lĂ©ment positif Ă retenir de notre expĂ©rience. Au comptoir oĂč nous sommes installĂ©s, on entasse des montagnes de vaisselles sales Ă cĂŽtĂ© de moi pendant le repas. AprĂšs 5 demandes, une biĂšre pas fraĂźche finit par nous parvenir. On redonne 3 fois la commande pour quâon soit enfin entendus. Et je ne vous parle pas des toilettes qui nâavaient pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©es le matin alors que le restaurant est situĂ© dans un hĂŽtel 5 Ă©toiles !!!
