RICCI EIFFEL — Restaurant in Paris

We stayed at a hotel near Eiffel for 4 nights and had our dinner at this place called Ricci twice (maybe more had we made it before closing time). I’m from Southern California and I like ordering Linguine di Mare everytime at places like Buca di Beppo, Cheesecake Factory & Maggiano’s to name a few. However, they all pale in comparison with Ricci’s own version of this dish. The sauce is flavorful yet not overpowering. The quality of ingredients is excellent. The prawns, mussels, and the clams are all fresh plus portions are generous. The food server and the owner, as I observed, were very courteous and polite to everyone (locals & tourists alike). Got take away pizza, salad and charcuterie. Enjoyed a glass of wine outside while it was prepared. Seems largely a take away expect they do have table service inside and out. They were happy to speak English with me (always greet everyone in French and then ask for English please. Always.) Food was great. Wood fired pizza. Amount for price was fair. Salad to go wasn't dressed but was large. Perhaps make sure you receive dressing or it is available (might have been language or my failing to ask. If you sit outside for table service sit towards the river end of the grouping. The flow of delivery drivers is heavy from the south side and the traffic can be noisy at times. We were staying at the Hotel La Cercle just around the corner. We got back to the hotel a little late and wanted to eat something quick and head back to the hotel. To our surprise, we found a little Italian place serving pizza and was rated pretty good so we gave it a try! It definitely held up to its good rating.
