Ma cantine Viet — Restaurant in Paris

We ordered two classic pho dishes and a single shrimp roll. In addition, the female waitress/owner(?) mistakenly served an additional dish that we didn’t order. We politely refused the dish but the waitress, who was upset, deliberately turned off the heater and open the door of the restaurant (we were the only group of customers in the restaurant at the time and it was freezing cold, especially for my 10 yo child). We politely asked why she turned off the the heater but she waved her hand in an unpleasant manner and said that she doesn’t understand, although when she took our order, she spoke English and can understand English very well. We felt that the waitress was, in a way, trying to make us leave the restaurant. Took a chance to try some Vietnamese food in Paris while visiting. We had the first pho and vermicelli bowl. Portion size is great, the toppings of the bowl were all fantastic. For the pho the only complaint was the meatball taste was a little off. The broth was still good though. As for the shop itself, it’s a small place good for a quick bite. The waitress had to handle all the tables herself and the checks, I appreciated her trying her best to be timely. She was kind and serviced us well with our orders. Worst Vietnamese restaurant run by Chinese! I don't have any objection for Vietnamese food or restaurants but this restaurant owner's manner was very bad, we ordered several foods and waited like 45 minutes while some customers got their food even they come late than us. And even for my daughter they gave us what they took wrong order since it's with take-out dish...lol no sorry or no comments for delaying and finally found out she didn't ask the chef to cook!!!
