Shin Ye — Restaurant in Paris

We found this little restaurant on a walk in the neighborhood of our Airbnb in Paris. We sat outside and ordered three dishes: Jiao Zi (dumplings with pork and white cabbage), Poké Bol au Poulet, and Works Ye (noodles with beef). The meal came with a sweet sauce, a spicy sauce and a vinegar sauce. It was absolutely delicious. It was our favorite meal after four days in Paris!

The dumplings were juicy, flavorful, and served piping hot.

The Pokémon Bol contained lightly fried, breaded chicken on top of piles of avocado, seaweed, mushrooms, cucumber, pickled ginger, and carrots. So many flavors that could each be tasted separately but went well together.

The noodles with beef dish was a combination of tasty onions, pear, and fresh vegetables in a delicious sauce.

Tuve la suerte de descubrir este encantador restaurante asiático y no puedo estar más impresionado. La experiencia culinaria fue excepcional desde el principio hasta el final. Los platos estaban deliciosamente preparados, con sabores auténticos que realmente transportaron mis papilas gustativas a Asia.

Sin duda, este restaurante es un verdadero tesoro culinario y un lugar al que espero volver pronto. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una experiencia gastronómica asiática auténtica con un servicio estupendo.
