I would have given zero stars if I could. We went there for lunch with three kids, and my son wanted to use the restroom before we ordered. The manager started yelling at us, which I’ve never experienced before. I was shocked. We ended up leaving while the manager continued to shout at us. I will never go back; they clearly don’t know how to treat their customers. I’m surprised they have so many positive reviews—this is why we chose to go there in the first place when we were visiting the Eiffel Tower. I guess they’ve become too comfortable with their reviews.
Update following the manager's deceitful reply: I am truly dismayed by your response, which is filled with false accusations and outright aggression. Your unprofessional reply only confirms the terrible service we received. The restaurant was full. My wife was waiting outside with the stroller and our three young children (ages 3, 8, and 10). My 10-year-old son urgently needed the restroom before we could place an order. Your response omits a critical detail: your physical aggression. I absolutely refute your claim that I was aggressive. My tone was one of shock that you immediately began yelling at me in front of my family. The assertion that I "threw a $10 bill" is an outright lie. I offered that bill (the smallest I had as a tourist) as a genuine gesture to pay for the restroom use and de-escalate your growing hostility, which you refused. When I decided to leave due to your hostility, you physically grabbed my arm with force, causing me pain, while continuing to shout insults. I chose not to press charges for physical assault at that moment to protect my children from further distress. Your defamatory reply now only confirms that your establishment employs disrespectful and physically aggressive individuals, creating a shocking experience for tourists visiting France.
In response to your second deceitful message: Your justification that you forcefully grabbed my arm simply to "give me back my money" is the final evidence of your dishonesty. You physically and verbally assaulted me in front of my three young children. You did not "return the money"—you threw the $10 bill at me while violently grabbing my arm, causing me pain. My intention was to order a meal. Our initial shock and the offer of the bill were a direct reaction to your immediate verbal aggression. Your defensive and untruthful reply only confirms that your establishment employs physically aggressive and dishonest individuals. The...

As a Muslim traveller, finding halal food—especially beyond the usual shawarma spots can be a real challenge in Paris. So imagine my delight when, just a 3-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, I stumbled upon Snack&Rush: a clean and welcoming halal fast food spot.
I was walking back to my hotel when I heard a warm “Assalamualaikum” directed at a customer. It caught my attention. I turned and saw one of the hosts greeting people with a big, welcoming smile. When he saw me and my friend, he greeted us too and immediately said, “We are halal!”
I’d already had my fair share of kebabs and shawarma on this trip, so I was craving something different and Snack&Rush delivered exactly that.
The menu is simple but satisfying: burgers, wraps, pizzas, fries, and cheesy bites classic fast food done right. I ordered a burger set, and the fries stood out immediately. Not greasy at all, just crisp and well-seasoned. The burger was delicious, nothing fancy, but made with care and served with plenty of sauce options. Spicy, mild you name your preference.
What makes this place special isn’t just the food it’s the atmosphere. The hosts treat you like family. They serve with heart and genuine hospitality, which made my meal all the more memorable.
The place is also immaculately clean probably one of the cleanest fast food joints I’ve ever visited. And as I later read in other reviews, many customers agree, this place is spotless.
If you’re looking for affordable, tasty, and halal fast food near the Eiffel Tower, Snack&Rush is a must-visit. Simple, honest food served with warmth. I’ll...

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The team was friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about their craft.
We decided to try their burgers and a 3-piece tender on the side, and we were blown away! The food was served quickly despite being freshly prepared. The handmade patties were packed with flavor, and the tenders were perfectly crispy and juicy.
A special shoutout to the chefs who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable:
Chef Nabil treated us to a refreshing and spicy Tunisian tea that was simply delightful. Chef Oussama proudly showcased his pizza-making expertise, adding to the lively and welcoming atmosphere. Chef Razak took the time to explain how all the ingredients are fresh and the patties are made in-house, a testament to their dedication to quality.
Kudos to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding food. They didn’t just serve a meal—they gave us an experience to remember!
