Ambience: We visited this place for dinner, sort of accidentally, since we haven't had any reservation, and were lucky to be seated. At first sight, the restaurant looked great, It had some decent lighting with soft music in the background, and it was almost packed so it was looking alive in all senses. I guess that was the reason also we stopped there.

Food: Before I start, this restaurant has a rule of one dish per person, at least that is what we; were told when we were ordering. And since we are veg, it took us a bit of time to decide what to order that was not too much but also not so expensive. This seems like a premium restaurant with proximity to the Eiffel Tower and charging medium to high prices for their dishes. After going through the menu twice we finally ordered Veg Lasagna and Veggie Burger with a Mixed Fruit Mocktail. Both of the food items were plateful, well plated and sufficient enough for one person, maybe a bit more I guess. After getting the food we thought we should've only ordered Veg Lasagna with a portion of Fries, which would've sufficed us both. Nevertheless, both the food items were delicious and properly cooked. But the mocktail was absolute trash, it was like we were drinking a coloured sugar syrup with some dried petals and dried orange/lime slices. I don't know why they've garnished/added dried items, it was my first time seeing that. It was really bad, to be honest. Overall it was a decent experience for us in terms of food quantity, the taste was okayish.

Staff: So when we arrived there, we were greeted warmly by the Manager(I am guessing as he was managing/giving instructions to the other staff members and was in formal dress while other staff members were in their uniform). Then a lady staff, who was also polite, came forward and got us seated outside(as the restaurant was almost packed). Then we were greeted by our server/attendee, and that was where the fun started. He was SUPER BUSY or at least he was pretending to be, as I can see other staff members were talking normally to other guests and walking normally. But he was like in an adrenaline rush, he was rushing here and there, meanwhile talking to us quite fast. At first, we ordered Veg Lasagna and he quickly told us, "min two dishes" and whoosh ran away, then again we tried to ask him something about an item, and god he was talking so fast, it was hard to understand the only thing we could understand was "ohh you guys are gonna take more time to order" and ran away again, so we asked that other lady, she helped us out but since she was also attending other guests so... After a while, we finally got his precious time, and he helped us around the items and took our order. This whole process took 15-20 minutes, and it was the longest we had to wait while we were sitting, not even in the queue or waiting to be attended. This was quite a bad experience at what seemed to be a premium restaurant. But it was not the end, at the time of billing he served two prices, one with Food bill with taxes etc., and one INCLUDING TIP, not to my surprise he was a bit adamant about going for the tip one. Of course, I went ahead and paid including the tip(and the tip was more than 7 EUROS), since it's hard for me to say in these situations. I was surprised as I was under the impression that in Paris (Europe) you don't have to tip at all. I mean I have dined in one of the premium restaurants in Switzerland, and there also I didn't have to tip. Here I was a bit shocked, but again it could be tourist tax, the proximity to the Eiffel Tower and a decent location too. Overall, the food quantity and plating were good but the taste etc. was okayish and not up to the mark for the price they were charging, but again it could be because of the location of the restaurant. And we were NOT happy with the service, especially with our Server / Attendee.

Washroom: I didn't visit, but I noticed they do have it.

Verdict: I will strongly suggest NOT visiting this one as it's a complete waste of money and also was not satisfied with...

My experience with the food and ambiance at the establishment was nothing short of disappointing. In fact, I would go as far as saying that it was the worst ice coffee I have ever had in my entire life. The price I had to pay for just two cups of this mediocre beverage was a staggering 25 €, which left me feeling completely ripped off and unsatisfied.

To make matters worse, I wasn't the only one who had issues with the food. As I looked around, I noticed that several other patrons had sent their plates back to the kitchen, clearly expressing their dissatisfaction with the taste and quality of their meals. It was disheartening to witness such a widespread disliking of the food being served.

Not only did the food fail to meet my expectations, but the overall ambiance of the place also left much to be desired. The atmosphere was devoid of any charm or character, lacking the warmth and welcoming vibes that one would expect from a dining establishment. The decor was uninspiring and outdated, giving the impression that little effort had been put into creating a pleasant dining environment.

Moreover, the service was far from satisfactory. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, displaying a lack of professionalism that further added to my overall disappointment. It seemed as though they were simply going through the motions without any genuine care for the customers' experience.

In conclusion, my visit to this establishment was a regrettable one. The poor quality of the ice coffee, coupled with the numerous patrons expressing their dislike for the food, created an atmosphere of disappointment and dissatisfaction. The lackluster ambiance and subpar service only compounded the negative experience. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking an enjoyable...

AVOID.. WARNING.. AVOID.. I went here with my wife for lunch and was utterly appalled by the way we were treated. After being sat in a tight corner cramped in line sardines in a can, I asked the waitress for a bottle of water. After being ignored by the waitress that didn't know how to smile and asking for water twice more (keeping in mind we were only given one menu and the the waitress just walked off) she came back and just opened the bottle and poured the water into our glasses spilling water all over my bag, she gently wiped my bag and walked off, me and my wife let it go thinking accidents happen but we were a bit shocked at the mannerism. A few moments later a second waiter comes and decides to put up a poster on the wall next to us and he spills the bottle of water all over my bag and the table and without an apology looks at us and walks away at this point the table next to us even gestures at us looking shocked. We decide to leave, even though the waiter and the waitress spilt most of the water over my bag and the table they still decided to charge us 5 Euros for a 500ml bottle of water and didn't seem to care that we were leaving. I highly advise anyone reading this to stay away from this place. Ended up going to a lovely place around the corner called Snack&Rush where the staff were polite and amazing and the food...
