Stay away from this restaurant. The service is horrible, the staff ignores you throughout the whole time, they are not service minded at all. The staff never went to our table to get our order, we had to go up to the counter ourselves after 30 min of waiting, then we waited 1,5 hour to get our starters (not even half of the first round of order). The food is not fresh, low quality and smells/looks old- definitely not worth the wait, not even for the low prices. All the other tables around us had the same issue and we talked among us about the negative and unacceptable experience, some of the tables had to wait more than 2 hours to get their first round, some decided to just get up at leave and because the restaurant just prioritized to fill it up with customers without having enough food, staff, time, tables or even glasses and plates for the amount of people they had in. Long flight, long trip, long drive home. We walked for miles and kilometres, take your pick, just to be there early. We were too early, and just walked around the hood. Burning more calories. I was not disappointed. I never wanted to leave. Enjoyed talking to Pierre. Enjoyed conversing with other patrons seated nearby. We all cooed and ahhed. Read moreAnciennement très bien géré et bon. Ça fait depuis l’été 2022 que les propriétaires ont changé pour les grands malheurs des habitués. Vous remarquerez en regardant les autres avis Google que la plupart des avis positif datent à l’époque des anciens propriétaire.
La carte et les plats n’ont pas beaucoup changé, à part les prix qui ont augmenté. Le vrai problème est que les nouveaux propriétaires ne savent tout simplement pas gérer et manager un restaurant. Ils n’ont pas les compétences social pour ça. Au delà de la barrière de la langue, les nouveaux gérants ont du mal avec le contacte humain :
Exemple : Ils oublient les commandes. Le nombre de sushis/makis est souvent différents de ceux commandés. On a besoin de leurs rappeler 3 fois car ça fait 30 min que l’on attend. On ne comprend pas ce qu’il se passe…
Sans parler des vendredi ou samedi soirs quand c’est plein… ils sont débordés et vous pouvez passer votre soirée assis à attendre votre plats même après plusieurs remarques.
