I recently discovered Zoutra, a brand new wine bar in Montmartre, and it instantly became one of my favorite spots in Paris. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. The wine selection is outstanding, carefully curated with bottles that you won’t easily find elsewhere, and the staff (amazing David and Sophia) take the time to explain and recommend according to your taste. I especially loved how passionate they are about pairing wines with small plates, each one delicious and beautifully presented.
