IchiNiSan&GO — Restaurant in Strasbourg

A delightful meal that truly hit the spot. The eel sauce was beautifully balanced — flavorful yet light on the palate. Fried chicken cutlet had that golden crisp on the outside and remained tender inside, just as it should be. The rice was surprisingly good — plump, well-cooked grains with a hint of natural sweetness. What stole the show for me was the cheese beef roll: warm, aromatic, and melt-in-your-mouth soft. Portions are generous, and the pricing feels just right — quality food that leaves you satisfied without overindulging.

The only thing to note is that service was a bit slow, possibly because there seemed to be only one staff member handling everything. That said, the calm atmosphere and good food made the wait feel almost part of the experience. Perfect for a cozy lunch or a slow dinner after a walk...

Except for the karaage which were mediocre, the food was straight up trash. Would not recommend anyone go there. There are much better options in Strasbourg not that far away. The meat was chewy and tasted old and frozen. The whole meal tasted like it was just heated in a microwave oven (which -let's be real here- is probable). It was barely edible. I was only able to finish it because of my hunger and the rice was very low-to-mid quality. Plus the Asahi beer was just under room temperature. Not at all even close to actual serving temperature... To put a cherry on top, the food is served in cardboard dishes. This place is really not to be recommended. It seems like too many corners have been cut where none...

At the beginning, the female server refused to take us (2adults +2 children ) ariund 14:30, she said that children eat slower, we won’t finish before 15:00(closing time ). In the meantime, she welcomed other couple. There are a big about 8 people just settled down as well. I was very shocked she refuse us with this reason in France.

We went back to this restaurant at 18:00.
