To start with the positives, the milkshakes were delicious and obviously the interior is really cool, as are the waiters on roller skates (not to nitpick because I know finding waiters who can roller skate seems a very niche employment criteria, but it feels a bit random that only a few of them do whilst everyone else goes around like normal. Would maybe prefer if all staff can’t then nobody does?). But aside from that, can’t say I’d revisit this place, especially as I heard the queues can get really long and I don’t think our experience would make a huge wait worthwhile. Thankfully we went off-season, and a couple of hours before the parks closed to avoid the queues I’ve heard about. My issue was mainly with the service which was basically non-existent. Firstly, I get that the larger tables have to be reserved for families and there were only 2 of us, but we were sat at a counter facing the wall rather than each other with the till area right next to us. At this time though, the upstairs area was closed off and there were lots of empty proper tables so clearly they were nowhere near capacity, and it would’ve been nice, given that this place is pretty pricey, to feel like we were having a proper sit down meal rather than a quick Starbucks. Secondly, although I know it’s likely the staff want to just get patrons in and out as quickly as possible, like I said, the restaurant was quiet at the time and there were plenty of staff huddled around right next to us chatting. Again, this isn’t an issue, the point is that after our order had been taken, which was not really done with much warmth or hospitality in the first place to be honest, there was 0 interaction after that. Not once did anyone come (even though they were right next to us!) to ask how the food was or if we’d like anything else etc. and we had to stop and ask 3 different members of staff for a jug of tap water before the one friendly, approachable staff member we encountered (shout out to Christina, lol) who wasn’t even assigned to our table finally brought it over. We also then had to go up to the till to pay for our food after sitting there with empty plates for about 20 minutes. All in all, the food was nice, but not worth the price, and the service wasn’t good. Maybe staff go the extra mile when it comes to serving families but at the end of the day, a customer is a customer, and we felt kind of forgotten. If we come to Disney village again, we’d probably give it a miss.

I’m not going to sugar coat it, this place was a little disappointing. No all-day breakfast, no large portions of greasy spoon goodness, and the majority of the menu is just burgers. The interior and exterior aesthetics are wonderful but misleading. My family and I got a few things to try. We ordered: - The Sampler, which is majority nachos sprinkled with cheese and nothing else. A few pieces of curry crusted chicken strips (why curry and why isn’t that annotated on the menu?). A couple of pieces of fried fish, hash brown medallions, and two pieces of what was labeled quesadillas. - A “plain” cheeseburger that unbeknownst to us came with a generous lathering of Annette’s sauce, which has a kick. - The quesadillas, which were small but very good. - The Rockabilly burger that was good but had a little too much nacho cheese on it for my taste. - The hash brown medallions. They were good. For all of this and a few sodas we paid €115. Overall, not a bad spot but way too expensive and not enough options. They need to widen the range of their menu if they are going to call themselves a diner. Also, they should annotate items that come with things that people aren’t naturally expecting the said items to contain (e.g., curry breaded chicken strips and a plain burger with Annette’s sauce. On the upside, the fries were delicious and each burger comes with fries, so they don’t à la carte you. P.S. They do special birthday shout outs over the loud speaker, if you go on your birthday.

Love visiting this place and always do, at least once, every time I visit Disneyland. The staff are always good natured, well presented and full of energy. The food itself is absolutely cracking - simulating an American diner style menu, to match their quirky aesthetic from a snapshot in time. I consistently go for the Maxi Incredible; at this point proving to myself that I can finish it each time I go back! Just remember, if you do finish it - ask for your free shake! I've forgotten about it once or twice! There's easily accessible menus in many languages, and the staff will try their best to accommodate. Though of course, best practice is to warm up your French skills, which the staff appreciate! I recommend all burgers cooked blue. When in France, do as the French do, after all. 4 stars this time around - I'd be happy to leave 5, but we had a very long wait for our service, with people arriving after us getting their food before we even got our drinks (I think we fell between the cracks at a busy time/shift change). I also alerted our waiter to a dirty fork with our fresh cutlery. He quickly left with it, but never returned with another. I'll still come back next time, because everyone is allowed a bad day. Next time, though, clean cutlery and timely service will be on my watch list! Cheers!

I arrived at Annette's in a bad way. I had done something to my foot in the Disney park and we'd dipped into Annette's as a means of finding seating for me, as I was in considerable pain. We queued for 30 minutes in a 3 group long queue, and the restaurant was over half empty. Having worked the service industry myself on a similar number of covers as Annette's, immediately I thought that something was horribly wrong. It got so bad that I had to leave the queue because the pain was so intense and sit outside until my party had been seated. I was very visibly in pain and no staff member even acknowledged me or asked if I needed anything. After my party had been seated, it took a further 40 MINUTES to order our drinks. JUST to order, they took a further 20 mins after Manuel, our server, decided that the wall next to the till was much more interesting than doing his job, as well as two girls that had been seated after us, and were served much quicker. The food, once we managed to argue our way into getting Manuel to take our orders with much struggle,(I asked him if he would prefer us to order starters first, then mains or if he would like us to order everything one after the other, and he replied "yes" with an extremely condescending attitude) the food itself was amazing, and the staff that brought us the food were lovely (one actually replied "you're welcome!" When I said thank you, an absolute bare minimum in the service industry), however the problems continued after we finished the mains. We were entitled to a dessert due to being half board plus with Disney, however Manuel decided that he would simply tell us the milkshakes that we could order (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate), then walked away before we could order them. I had to go and seek out Yasmin, seemingly the only server with any sense of kindness and understanding, and tell her that we'd been waiting for 20 mins after the mains were finished and that Manuel had been ignoring us the whole time. She responded with "yeah, he's new and I know what you mean, he's very stupid" which now I realise, after reading back reviews, was a complete lie as he's been referenced as far back as 6 months ago. If he was new, he shouldn't have been doing 16 covers upstairs by himself. There's no excuse for staff incompency on this level. Nothing can repair the damage that has been caused here, the staff as a whole proved that they care less about customer service than the steely security agents that frisk you every time you go in/out of the park.

Do NOT eat here, you will wait for hours (our total trip was 2.5 hours when it could've been just over an hour) and be served by some of the most disingenuous staff you'll ever come across. Felt like a lot of it came from the fact that we were British, as once we started speaking English I physically watched his eyes glaze...

I'm really disappointed with my experience here. 2 adults 2 kids, 6 and 3. Heard and read fantastic things and expected to be blown away. Unfortunately, in reality, 3 stars are generous. We were seated pretty quickly, after about 10 mins in the queue, which was grand. We were given menus and left to sit for 20 mins before the order was taken. The food then took 45 minutes to come out, which was absolutely ridiculous. 6 tables of 4 were seated after us, order taken after us, and all got their food before us. I approached the waiter with my dilemma and suddenly his comprehension of the English language evaporated, even though while taking the order he understood everything ams even made suggestions. He offered some ridiculous excuse that sometimes the kitchen gets busy and some orders are slower. That's fine when ALL tables are slow due to a backlog. My 2 kids were starving and expecting them to wait 45 mins after ordering simply isn't good enough, for any kids not just mine, especially when they see tables being served before them. When the food came out it, it was delicious there is no doubting that. It could have been hotter, otherwise food would be 5/5 and not unreasonably priced. Chicken burger was delicious, wife got a cgeese burger which she reslly highly rated and kids devoured their hotdog and chicken fillet. Atmosphere was non existent, which was a let down after reading such good reviews and the service was atrocious. I'm convinced the server forgot to put the order through after leaving our table, though this was refuted when I spoke with the manager after the meal, i didnt approach him, he approached me and asked the usual restauranty question, how was the meal, did everyone enjoy it etc. I didn't want or expect any discount or reduced rate, I just wanted the truth after speaking my truth. Needless to say I won't be returning during future visits to Disney. In...
