Disappointing Experience at Margot Restaurant

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Margot Old Tbilisi Restaurant. Despite arriving at a relatively early time, the restaurant was nearly empty, leading me to believe that service would be prompt. However, this was not the case. After placing our order at 8:10 PM, we received cold French fries at 8:30 PM. To our dismay, five minutes later, we were informed that the salad we had ordered was unavailable due to the restaurant's "busy day." This was perplexing as the dining area was now full, and other patrons seemed to have received their complete orders. We decided to cancel the salad and waited another 30 minutes for our main dish, salmon. The menu had indicated that the salmon would be served with asparagus, but when it arrived, the asparagus was missing. Upon inquiry, we were told that the restaurant did not have any asparagus available. To make matters worse, the main dish was barely warm. Feeling deeply disappointed, we asked for our bill and left. As we were exiting, we noticed that many tables that had been seated after us had already received their main dishes. It was evident that our experience was far from satisfactory. השירות הכי נורא שקיבלתי ב 20 שנות טיולים שלי בעולם. השולחן התנדנד - ביקשנו 3 פעמים שישימו משהו מתחת לרגלית. אחרי רבה שעה קמנו מהשולחן לקחת מפיות ולתקן לבד. הזמנו מנות. התבלבלו במנות ראשונות . הביאו מנות שלא הזמנו. הביאו מנה עיקרית 1 לפני שקיבלנו את המנות הראשונות. ביקשנו לחם. הביאו לחמניות אחרי שעה. החזרנו כי כבר לא היה בהם צורך ולא הזמנו לחמיות אלא לחם. השירות היה לא מקצועי, לא יודעים לעבוד עם לקוחות. החשבון חייבו על מנה שלא הזמנו. נתנו כי צ׳ופר 10% הנחה. תודה. אבל אנחנו לא זקוקים להנחות אלא לשירות מעולה ואוכל טוב! לסיכום החוויה הכי...
