EINSTEIN KAFFEE Quartier — Restaurant in Berlin

Forgot my IPad this afternoon at the cafe. Tried calling multiple times, no one picked up. When someone finally picked up, I explained the situation and asked, if they please could take the iPad, before someone else takes it and that I’m on my way to get it. I’ve tried explaining in German first, the girl on the phone did not understand what I wanted at all and asked another colleague. Then I’ve tried it in English, they still didn’t understand. The guy on the phone literally said there is no iPad, even though I could see the location of my iPad on my phone and told them exactly where it was. Unacceptable. Never again and thanks...

Since 2023 autumn-winter, this place closed the second floor which was the only interesting perfect, for the work or drink near the sunny round window, location. Moreover, in the only left small room that located inside of the mall with no windows definitely, indeed no heating, not even a slightest bit of audio surrounding. People literally feel like they sit in an empty freezer; Feels like they want you to leave as soon...

the place looks very cozy and it had a nice outside view, we ordered two cappuccinos and one brownie, for the price of 11,50€ which personally is a bit overpriced for what you get, however the quality of the coffee was good and the brownie flavor was nice but a bit too dry for my taste. In the end, the place is worth going for their nice coffee...
